Window washing was what started this business and is always a very popular thing. We start the process by scrubbing down the windows with a wet sponge brush to get all dust, mud and large debris off the window. If something is still stuck on the window after this process we scrape it off with a razor scraper and repeat the process from the start. After the initial cleaning we squeegee the window to get rid of all excess water. To finish, we spray and wipe the window with window cleaning solution, leaving a perfect streak free finish.
For siding washing we use a soft wash process that uses a diluted siding specific detergent to effectively and efficiently clean surfaces. To start, we go around the house spraying a layer of detergent on the siding and let it soak for 5-10 minutes to loosen up all dirt and stains on the siding. We then rinse using low pressure nozzle on the pressure washer to avoid damaging the house. For the more stubborn stains, we use a brush to scrub, then rinse it again.
Pros
Improves the curb appeal of your property.
Keeps your siding looking fresh and new.
Much like the siding wash we use a diluted concrete detergent to pre-treat the concrete and other surfaces for cleaning. First, we spray off all debris from the surface with the wand. We look for any heavy oil/rust stains that require extra attention and spot treat them. Then for the rest of the surface we apply detergent and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to loosen up the dirt and stains. We use surface cleaners for concrete and other hard surfaces, for wooden decks we use a brush to safely clean the surface. After cleaning the surface we use the wand to rinse all detergent off, leaving your driveways, sidewalks, or decks looking brand new!
Note: although we believe we can get almost any stain out, some deep oil/rust stains wont be able to come completely out, but will look much better after treatment
Pros
Improves curb appeal of your property.
Removes/decreases visibility of tough stains.
Eavestrough cleaning is something people tend to overlook as most of the time you cannot see how bad they really are. If you have trees around your house then its a good idea to get your eavestroughs cleaned 1-2 times a year to avoid risk of flooding your basement. To begin we go up onto the roof to assess which parts need to be cleaned. We then go through clearing anything that is blocking the flow of water and put it into compost bins to be disposed of. We then check to ensure the downspouts don't have any blockings and if they do we will clear all blockages. We then rinse out all eavestroughs and downspouts, leaving them looking brand new and blockage free!
For Olds and area eavestrough cleaning I'll refer you to Trotts Troughs to cover all of your eavestrough cleaning needs!
Pros
Having eavestroughs clean and clear of blockages is the number one way to prevent basement flooding
